Frank Norman
Frank started singing at a very young age in the church choir and quickly earned several medals. He achieved head choir boy at age 13 and by this time was singing solos at weddings etc.
Frank left the choir and started to DJ at the local youth club and continued to DJ until the age of 21, when he was asked to DJ & compere at a large hotel introducing a varied and wide range of entertainers. He soon moved on to be a compere for a large social club, performing with live backing and introducing the acts. During his time as a compere Frank worked with many famous singers from the sixties and seventies.
Frank became lead vocalist for an 18 piece band singing songs by Frank Sinatra and Matt Munro. After five years he decided to go solo singing in restaurants, social clubs, pubs & holiday parks.
Frank has also worked with The Drifters at a gig led by the only real Drifter left Ray Lewis, who recommended him to host a gig for the four tops which must be the highlight of his career.
Frank loves to sing and entertain and performs a mix of ballads and Motown and pop across the decades.
