Jay Gatling is versatile close up and a cabaret magician based in north Wales. He performs both classic and contemporary magic effects in all types of performances, with plenty of audience interaction and good-natured humour.

Jay is a member of the North Wales Magic Circle and the British ring of the International Brotherhood of Magicians.

He has won awards at both national and local levels; including the prestigious Dittia Shield for manipulation and the Theo Speaker cup, both awarded by the International Brotherhood of Magicians.

Jay has a wealth of experience in many different areas. This includes regular performances over six years on stage in the seaside special/follies summer shows in Llandudno, eight years of outdoor performances at the annual Llandudno Victorian extravaganza, and three years at the Llangollen international Eisteddfod; as well as one off events including the launch of the new CR-V Honda and the release of the DVD for Harry Potter.

Jay is adept at customising his shows to many themes, including Victorian, fantasy/medieval and pirates.
