In the 1980’s Phill was voted the country’s top Buddy tribute artist by Butlins & Granada TV after a national competition searching for the nation’s top tribute artists for the stars of the 50’s.As a winner of this competition Phill appeared at Butlins Starcoast world in Pwllheli North Wales.

Butlins relaunched their rock ‘n’ roll weekends with a massive show at the holiday park, Phill was honoured to perform with the original Crickets, The Jordinaires, Bill Haleys’ Comets & a number of the contemporary rockin’ artists from around Britain.

The weekend was a dream come true for the opportunity of working with artists he’d idolized since childhood Especially Buddy Holly’s original backing group. Phill recreates the look & sound of his favourite rock ‘n’ roll singers of the 50’s.

He’s taken his show all around the U.K. performing to 1000’s of rockin’ fans & delighting them with his show to the 50’s.
